Telesales Account Managers X 2

My client is looking for 2 Customer Account Managers to join their busy sales office. We need to find people who are always looking to raise the bar, are competitive in nature and enjoy working in a target driven environment.

Cumbernauld £19k + excellent bonus potential

Key Skills:

  • This role is the main driving force for the success of the Company, and as such, demands the highest levels of professionalism and customer service.
  • You will be managing business customer accounts and will build great working relationships.
  • Our client has specified that applicants would benefit from a solid and proven track record in B2B account management or sales.
  • You must have at least 1 year’s telephone sales experience preferably in a B2B environment and be target driven.

Duties:

  • Account manage around 500 existing accounts
  • Organise your workflow to maximise your time
  • Insure each customer is contacted weekly or fortnightly
  • Build profitable relationships with every customer
  • Confidently suggest additional product to increase customer worth
  • Liaise with stock managers to ensure smooth customer journey
